Is eating a lot of protein in the morning bad for you because its hard to digest for your stomach?
I am wondering if its accually bad to eat a lot of protein meal in the morning like chicken and fish because i learn that in the morning is still when our body have the cleaning phase where its not ready for heavy foods yet
I use whey, pea, or hemp protein. Combine it with some greek yogurt and fruit for a good healthy hit of protein in the a.m. Me, I eat whatever leftovers are in the fridge, chicken, turkey burger, fish when I’m pressed for time. Most people eat bacon, sausage, and eggs. That’s really heavy stuff.
