Beach Body?
I just turned 18 a few days ago, and have decided that its time to get the beach body i have always wanted. What should I do. Is there any way I can get that look naturally by june/july?
I am 18
Height 5′10″
Weight 159 lbs
Waist Size 33
My goal is to get down to a size 32, with a flat stomach/six pack, and pumped up arms. I know most of this will take months, possibly even years, but what can I do to get that?
Also, should I try it on my own with everybody’s advice from Y!A, or should I get sessions with a fitness trainer? Thanks a ton!

Arms: 10 Push-ups everyday then slowly expand the number of push-ups
Abs and Waist: Sit-ups, 50 the first three days then slowly go up to 60, 70…ect.
Running on a Tredmill or outside will be great for your Thighs and Arms, aswell as your Abs and Waist.
(Outside is the best for that stuf though, More inclination.)
